This can't be merged until AngularFire 0.9.1 is pushed to bower/npm.

What is in this PR:

fixes two bugs (#13, #14) implements AngularFire 0.9.1 adds Firebase 1.1.x auth methods uses Firebase's new changeEmail method merged latest generator-angular fixes
