closeSelector docs say default value is "", but it's actually '[dismissive],[affirmative]' - this is misleading because it's not obvious how to prevent dialog buttons from closing the dialog otherwise (see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25587549/prevent-paper-dialog-from-automatically-closing)
