<paper-dialog> docs mention "layered" without introducing it. #41

Because a paper-dialog is layered by default

where layered looks like a technical term, but the term hasn't been introduced anywhere.

Even if I knew to click on the base element to keep looking, layered isn't documented there either, just listed. On <core-overlay>, we get a brief description that doesn't say anything about styling implications.
