Without (especially in Webkit) a default-showing scrollbar, in dialogs with content that is larger than the dialog itself, a scrollbar should always be visible.

Is the content scrollable as expected?

Scrollbar appearance is platform specific. On touch devices the scrollbar is typically hidden. On pointer interfaces the scrollbar is typically shown.
