Backdrop not removed when closing dialog which was opened from another dialog

Hello,

This issue depends on paper-action-dialog

If backdrop is enabled the backdrop layer is not removed on closing the dialog if the dialog is opened from within another dialog.

The complete page is not accessable anymore because of the backgrop layer.

When using paper-dialog everything works fine.
