paper-elements.html not found #6

Currently, doing bower install Polymer/paper-elements will download

https://github.com/Polymer/paper-elements/archive/0.3.3.tar.gz

which is missing the paper-elements.html file

bower -v 1.3.5

node -v v0.10.24

It looks like it's been committed, we just need to do a new release. This should go out with 0.3.4
