Keyboard event handling: ARIA design pattern is http://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-practices/#radiobutton (https://github.com/alice/web-components-demos/blob/master/io-checkbox.html has some code I quickly hacked up to follow those guidelines if that's any help at all)

Keyboard handling added in c19ec7e

It looks like no browsers implement the "Control+Space" behavior of changing item without updating selection, so I'm not implementing that for now.
