Implement radial ripple disappearance from the design specification #16

For some reason, the spec defines the ripple animation for tabs different to that of other ripples - where the ripple expands as normal, but does not fade out, but radially disappears from its centre.

Conforming to http://www.google.com/design/spec/components/tabs.html#specs-specs-4

It seems that this style is shown here as well, but it is not consistently used (see http://material-design.storage.googleapis.com/videos/meaningfultransitions-visualcontinuity2_large_xhdpi.webm)

never mind, spec has just changed to match paper-ripple's existing animation (despite the other one looking way cooler :))
