Shouldn't something happen when there are too many tabs for the screen size #30

So, I am not sure of the best solution (horizontal scroll, multi row, etc. as far as I remember the material design guidelines say nothing about it), but it makes the tabs quite unusable if you have a fair number of them and no control over screen sizes.

We recently added support for scrollable tabs (https://github.com/Polymer/paper-tabs/commit/c2921f375422e46d335caaab02384ff9dadf6895) to the master. You can use this feature if you have lots of tabs. The change should be in the next release.
