The catalog don't save the scroll position when reload

If you scroll down in any page of the catalog, and reload, you go to the top of the page. :crying_cat_face:

@notwaldorf any plans to migrate the catalog to app-layout elements? The app-layout/app-scrollpos-control could solve this problem.
