gaze-to-click in VR mode #210

The code in hotspot-renderer.js was started by fix2015 here: https://github.com/googlevr/vrview/issues/145

This fixes https://github.com/googlevr/vrview/issues/145 and https://github.com/googlevr/vrview/issues/209
