VrView Error render: Video load error [Object Event] issues #272

I know this one has been posted before but none of it helped me and none of it seemed to solve my issues so i would love to have your help.

So here is the case:I am trying to run a vr video throught html file screenshot_1 the file is the classic congo video but i changed it and added another injected file that was shot with a 360 camera.

Since i do not have my own domain i try to run it with Xamp (not sure if CORES properly added but i am having a hard time fixing it).
