Fix: Codelabs UI was not starting due to gulpfile and task updates #915

Changes

gulpfile.js in the site folder needed heavy updates given it is very behind
updated the tasks that run during build
added a site/codelabs folder for demo purposes

To run Codelabs UI:

cd site && npm install
npm install -g gulp-cli
gulp serve --codelabs-dir=codelabs
