This looks like a feature request for Drive, not Colab? You might want to try the question mark button on Drive -> "Send feedback to google" -> "suggest an idea"

There's no colab without drive. It's an exclusive but not biunivocal relation, since drive is accessible from colab, but vice versa is not perfect.
