Disable generative IA for Google Education #4834

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Students can ask the generative AI to solve their questions for them directly in the cell used to answer. Teachers should be able to disable generative IA in the colabs they share with their students when teaching. Obviously the solutions were already accessible but student couldn't find a solution that easily.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like this feature to be disabled by default on Google for Education.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I can't think about an alternative except using another tool than Colab
