Describe the current behavior: Error- "module 'tensorflow' has no attribute 'placeholder'". I am using tensorflow 2. (The colab notebook does mention to install the latest version of tensorflow). However when I checked the install tensorflow version , it was 1.15.0. I am not sure if there is an inconsistency.
Describe the expected behavior: There should not be an error
