Seeing a 404 GET - Githubissues

I am connected to a remote GPU server from my local machine through SSH port forwarding.
My remote GPU machine has a docker instance with exposed ports, and I am running the jupyter notebook inside the docker instance.

I can access the jupyter server on my local machine, but when I try to connect to a local runtime on google collab, I get this error:
