Coder Installer for Windows #15

Just one .exe that needs to be in the same folder of the raspi.img Replicates the one for Mac OSX

eried - this is an awesome contribution. thank you! i'll see about getting this tested and merged. are there any quirks in compilation or supported systems that I should know about?

Not that I am aware of any. Support: Any Windows from Windows 2000 (due the framework version) x86/x64 (Assembly must be generated for x86, not "Any cpu", but the project already comes with all the settings ready to compile in the free VS 2012 express).

By the way, this reuses the error messages from the python file (so they aren't specific like something failed due the sd size, or so) the only thing different I think is the progress bar (green glare/position) because it is just the system default: http://www.screencast.com/t/7jGX3wvWLe
