Mathematical signs are misaligned #59

The horizontal bar of + − ÷ should be the same, and aligned vertically (in the middle) with × =.

I'll keep this in mind for future revision. I think the current state is slightly better than the previous 2.xx branch, but as you point out there are a few that are not supremely well aligned. Thanks!
