digraphs are too close together - ij nj #16

actually i couldn't find an ij in my version and the nj looked good, so i wonder if you were looking at the existing version in this REPO rather than the latest here: https://github.com/aoifemooney/MetrophobicFont/tree/master/sources

Added the ij/IJ
