Add collapsing ghmarkdown output #4

https://github.com/Omnibus-Type/Grenze/issues/1 is too long because the screenshots are not inside summary/details tags, so, update the markdown output of this tool to use those tags :)

I would like to ask to prioritize this; the PRs (eg https://github.com/google/fonts/pull/1696) are very very long, and its a very small patch to add 1 expander to the markdown output of diffbrowsers to prevent that
