Hi @RobLeuschke, at the last minute before PR I spotted that quotesinglebase had a signature instead of the actual glyph, which of course is not valid.

Please ensure this doesn't happen for the other projects.

I created the glyph based on quotedbl in Ephesis. Although many times these orthographic marks are created using comma as a component, in fact, the idea is for them to differentiate from that base shape to prevent confusion in meaning and this way help the reading process. Plus to avoid shapes with not rounded coordinates in the font.

If you could check this for all the further projects it would be fantastic.
