Word space #1

I’ve been composing with Publica at 11 point on 13 line spacing because that’s what it looks like it was made for to me. The one thing that isn’t working is word space. I’m wondering if you can build the font with a word space that’s not affected by the Space axis? And go from there to make some change on not?

Otherwise, If we trim the range a little bit, this looks fairly promising and I’d like to go over the details.

hello David, thanks for your feedback

I’ve cleared changes to the space glyph, and rebuilt the demo fonts (now also including Escrow). 1c1055342c1546227b214e68effff3abd68aa24d

we can expand both demos with weight and width axes. most of the work is automatic; currently only the tight kerning is done manually/visually.

I am writing some documentation on how to use the code and the tool, it will be added to the repository soon.
