handle duplicate components #3

individual components in the components lib are referred to by their base glyph name, not by identifier. this breaks once a glyph contains multiple instances of the same component.

to do: find a way to make component references unique. identifiers (which are used for contour references) are not suitable because they are reset when accented glyphs are rebuilt, so the references get lost.

solved in 36f0436a33baef13f3debeb20d9e968597a7ff83
