MIME type? #20

I went with text/vnd.simoncozens.fez but I think a real one should be defined

What's the FEA MIME type? (Do they have one?)

My reading of RFC 8081 is that it's font/layout, but that could be off. For simplicity of nginx configuration I'm using text/vnd.adobe.fea.
