Idea: support writing GDEF in `public.openTypeCategories` format instead? #3

fez2fea already provides --omit-gdef, but I might need to use that less often if I knew I could override it and the two (lib.plist public.openTypeCategories and features.fea table GDEF) would be combined.

What's a lib.plist? ;-) (Not all the world is UFO.)
