Make use of translation key: "sidebar.related-glyphs" #1619

@justvanrossum I just noticed, that "sidebar.related-glyphs" is of cause used in the hover tooltip for the sidebar. My bad. If you still find this PR somehow useful, feel free to give feedback or merge it. But if not, don't hesitate to close/delete it.
