updated missing glyphs test. #15

Test will now only report encoded glyphs which are missing

Does this mean designers aren't reminded to add the glyphs needed for ot features?

@davelab6 This test only ensures no encoded glyphs are missing from the previous release.

I've yet to write any OT checks since we don't mention OT features on the spec. It would be useful though.
