AUTHORS.txt --> AUTHOR.txt. #4

File should be named AUTHOR.txt not AUTHORS.txt

This is incorrect. AUTHORS should be plural, to make it future proof

Will revert it now. I had it as AUTHORS.txt beforehand

I'll update checklist.md as well
