Can fix-nonhinting be moved into .glyphs Custom Parameters?

Can that be avoided by placing 2 custom parameters to set the GASP and PREP table values within glyphsapp files?

It's a good idea, but these days we fix glyphs files in googlefonts/gf-glyphs-scripts.
