[builder] Syntax for STAT format 2 #1025

Hi, I can’t find how I should set STAT entries for format 2 in the yaml file. I tried adding value, nominalValue, rangeMinValue, rangeMaxValue but it generates only format 1. If I remove "value" I get an "Invalid configuration file" error.

any help? thanks!
