This pull request updates the definition of GF_Cyrillic_Core based on languages and the number of speakers (from 3,000,000 onwards).
Following the cross-reference to update Cyrillic Plus (see #227), some languages with a large number of speakers were identified as candidates that should be included in this glyph set, redefining it by the specified range.
@yanone, same comment as in #227. We can merge this here and then, if necessary, update with the additional data definitions per glyphset if we identify some extra glyphs needed.
