Set up Github pages #11

Github pages now works on private repos with nothing more than a symlink from README to index.md :)

Added symlink in 029b8ad4d2429460436dd66d31c2ba433ec0e950 and enable pages in settings;

As a Private repo, only logged in users with access to this repo can visit https://vigilant-giggle-5291d8ec.pages.github.io - and it works :)
