[x] Deliver, Sample VF Font, (OpenSans[wdth,wght].ttf) hinted and fine-tuned for ASCII, plus hinted accents and composite examples, with code comments

Was already hinted by me for Google Fonts, but needs to be updated with the latest approach to accent hinting
