Add VTT download link #5

Mike, this is how you format a download link/hyperlink in Markdown. Wrap any text content with brackets and set the URL to the right of it in parentheses. No spaces between.

thanks Chris, will follow that for other links I have. Let me know if you have any other comments so far on the content. I am editing and cleaning up, with better formatting as I go, and learn Markup.
