Image sources #9

While most images are screenshots with no other source ("The preferred form of modification, plus compilation steps in script or instruction form"), some like Settingsoverview.png are composed and have .PSD or whatever corresponding sources - please add those to the repo, so that if/when we commission a visual designer to improve the visual design, they have all the raw materials at hand :)

All graphics are screen shots from VTT with minimal edits in any other graphics tool, beyond MSPaint, used to add red lines and circled numbers, etc
