[x] Include the GF-Plus glyphset to the TSI Batch 1 projects.

This font is ready for review. GF Latin Plus is marked in pink. Some diacritics may need anchors (marked in red).

NOTE: • Issue with the font programming not compiling due to conflict between naming of glyph unicode U+2019, ie. apostrophe verses quoteright. Unable to resolve this issue using Glyphs 2.67
