Add kana supplement to the kana-extended subset #18

Unicode split the Hentaigana characters into three blocks, "Kana Supplement" and "Kana Extended-A/B". We had "Kana Extended-A" but not Kana Supplement, so we were only picking up a few of the Hentaigana characters. This adds the rest.
