Rename NotoColorEmoji_WindowsCompatible.ttf → NotoColorEmoji_Installable.ttf #333

The version of the font without the glyf table is also not installable on recent macOS versions. But the Windows version is. I propose to change the name of the file to reflect this.

Note that simply making it installable won't make CBDT/CBLC-glyphs show up if the OS doesn't support this, as shown in #335.
