Both NotoColorEmoji variants fail to install or are broken, on macOS #335

The NotoColorEmoji font fails to install on macOS with this error:

Additionally, if I install the "Windows compatible" version, the emoji made available by it are all blank (from the several I tested by browsing around Unicompat.

I tried converting them to another format (tried woff2, eot, otf) via https://onlinefontconverter.com/ or https://www.fontconverter.org/ and both fail to convert it.

I think these font files are broken and need fixing.

On a practical note, if anyone else is having this problem and wants the more recent standard macOS emojis, someone uploaded them here: https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/ibja8k/looking_for_apple_color_emojittc_catalina_or_big/g5lqrik/

This relates to #333, though I found that even the windows version didn't work for me (all characters were blank).

Perhaps what's happening here is that the font has CBDT glyphs, which I think isn't supported on Mac, unless viewed in Chrome.
