Remove outdated NotoEmoji-Regular.ttf #388

B/W font was not updated for quite a while and stuck at 1.05 (fontversion 68813). Should it be deprecated at this point and removed from the repo? Right now it mostly confuses people who what to install Noto font.

+1, I'm not aware of any reason to preserve this

Will the sources for the new monochrome Noto Emoji be added here? I can't seem to find them anywhere.
