We seriously need to revise these encodings imo. uni2025 is not related to Hungarian, it is used in book keeping, https://graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/questions/68999/what-are-the-origins-of-the-commercial-minus-sign-%E2%81%92

It's coming from cldr so we need to file bugs upstream with them
