Thought I'd just do a QA before you start hinting:

I genned static ttfs from Open Sans V.glyphs. I've only compared the Regular

Diffenator

His personal fork is much better.

I'll close this since it won't be relevant once he submits a pr.

Reopening this because generating the source from his fork, https://github.com/laerm0/opensans/blob/master/source/Open%20Sans.glyphs gives the same result.

@laerm0 please confirm those 4 things were fixed and if so then close this
