Add an output for Wikipedia

Wikipedia font pages show a table of unicode support:

Would be nice to add an output mode that easily supports this

This is great! The character sets in https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=DejaVu_fonts&action=edit&section=3 are not yet in our charmaps, but that is a separate issue :)

Also, sorry, that page is a segment of the table, so the output of this should be
