Add a set of charmaps for Unicode blocks #21

See them listed at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DejaVu_fonts#Unicode_coverage

http://www.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/Blocks.txt is a plain text source of the characters used in each block.

This should be very similar to #18
