--csv output to include all fields output in text (default) output

In reviewing fonts in the googlefonts collection, the CSV mode does not output everything in the text mode, only the font's family, style, and charset percentages.

Eg

cd ~/fonts/ufl;
pyfontaine --csv --collections fontconfig */*ttf > ufl.csv;

I'd like to include these in the csv output:

• [x] Filename
• [x] Common name
• [x] Sub family
• [x] Weight
• [x] Fixed width
• [x] Fixed sizes
• [x] Copyright
• [x] Version
• [x] Vendor
• [x] Vendor url
• [x] Designer
• [x] Designer url
• [x] Glyph count
• [x] Character count
