Weight Ranges #6

Current weight ranges for Qwitcher Bychen are Light, Regular and Bold, but the difference between the latest is barely noticeable.

Perhaps it would be better to publish Light -> as regular + Bold and discard the current regular weight.

@RobLeuschke, after reviewing this with @davelab6 we agreed to turn the Light into Regular and publish it with the Bold since the current difference between Reg and Bold are not notorious.
