Missing "black circle" character #291

Roboto is missing the ● (black circle, u25CF) character, which is commonly used to mask passwords. Currently our UI renders a character placeholder instead. Rather than just switch fonts I first wanted to check if this could be fixed.

As this is a user-interface typeface, it makes sense to include this character, but… Most fonts in existence don’t contain every glyph possible. In 2018, what kind of system doesn’t include font fallback mechanisms?
