v3: Ensure font-stretch works for Roboto on Android #325

In PR #268 a change was proposed to make it more likely that font-stretch would work on Android. In a future version of Roboto, let's try to make it happen!

I'm waiting for that to happen, because I want a condensed Roboto (pre-installed on Android) as fallback while loading my custom condensed webfont.
