[Compare] added vf vs v2.138 comparisons #19

For the final comparison, I've compared the v2.138 unhinted fonts against Roboto-min.vf

To summarise:

It's interesting to note that each platform will produce different results. This means it's not just the fonts which determine the end result. Rasterizers and shaping engines such as CoreText play a critical role as well. Due to this, it's probably impossible to get a 100% match.

I've included the html test docs and taken some screenshots. The readme includes my findings.

I don't think we'll ever get a 100% match. We've gone as far as we can go.

Once the Medium instances have been added and the version number bumped, we should hand this over for others to play with.

Can be merged. Both open prs are just reports.
